FEATURES: Can balance virtually any blade with a drag bolt diameter of 2.5mm,
            3mm, 4mm, or 5mm.
          Durable composite construction
          Pivoting base allows it to be used on non-level surfaces
          Ball-bearing equipped axles
          One year warranty
