This is a 1/2 oz. Pot of Glow in the Dark Paint from American Art Clay.

FEATURES: Non-toxic, phosphorescent acrylic paint that casts a greenish glow
            in the dark and is easily recharged with light.
          Can be applied with a regular brush to nearly any surface and dries
            quickly to a permanent finish.
          To ensure permanence, allow to dry at least 3 days before washing
            painted items.
          Thins with water and easily rinses out of brushes with soap and
            water.
          Ideal for craft projects or anything around the house that needs to
            be seen at night.
