This is a plastic 1/300 XB-70 Valkyrie USAF Airplane from Academy Plastics.
It's for experienced modelers.
Intended to be the replacement for the B-52, the Valkyrie was designed as
a Mach III high altitude bomber. However, the rapid development of surface-to-
air missiles caused the bomber's cancellation after only two prototypes had
been built.
FEATURES: 1/300th scale for static display only.
Markings included for one aircraft.
30 parts in white plastic with a two part black display stand.
Landing gear may be posed extended or retracted.
MARKING
OPTIONS: Single sheet of decals which contains national insignia, cockpit
windows, USAF logos, and serial numbers.
Kit markings are for 1st prototype #20001 which was painted white
overall.
Additional Paints Required: Black, Aluminum, Steel.
