These are Button Head Cap Screws from Team Associated.

FEATURES: Used as upper shock mount screws in the Associated RC10 T3 stadium truck Plain black metal construction. The rounded head shape gives a lower profile and is used when needing more clearance than provided by a regular socket head screw. Can be used in any situation that would require this size screw.
