          Plastic pieces molded in 5 different colors.
          Kit comes with green velvet paper that resembles grass.
          A sheet of clear plastic is included for the windows.
          House attaches to a gray base and is surrounded by a white fence.
          The roof is made up of brown shingles.
          The two story house is painted a dull yellow color.
          No painting required.
          Detailed instruction sheet is included.
