railroad layouts or dioramas. This is an ideal house for a small rural town
setting. Recommended for ages 8 and over.

REQUIRES: Modeling Knife and Plastic Model Cement

  Plastic parts are numbered for assembly (refer to instruction/diagram sheet)

BOX FRONT DEPICTS: Three story home with clapboard siding (White), Black window
  frames, a Reddish-pink roof, and Red chimney. The house has a front and side
  door, plus a small front porch with balustrade (handrail and upright posts).
  Once assembled, plant your grass, paint your fence, and move in.
