   Model Power designed this Built Up Simpson House for use in your HO Scale
    railroad layouts and diorama settings. Recommended for ages 8 and over.

FEATURES: Requires no assembly.
          Lighted with two handpainted figures (man and woman dressed for work)
          Constructed of plastic styrene.
          Includes 12-16V AC Bulb.
          Two story home has dark gray clapboard siding, a light gray stone
            foundation, and a gray shingled roof plus two red brick chimneys.
            It features over 22 windows (white windows with clear panes).
            Windows on the front of the house have white shutters.
            Home has a front porch with white pillars and gray concrete steps.
            Back part of the home is L-shaped.
