Model Power designed this easy to build N Scale Railroad Hotel for use in your
N Scale railroad layouts or dioramas. Ages 8 and over.

FEATURES: Molded in four realistic colors.
          Assembly time (20 minutes to 2 hours--depends on modeler's skill).
          Excellently detailed with extremely precise fit.
          Two-story red brick building with 2nd floor wrap-around balcony and
            steps leading up to the 2nd floor. Small garage is attached to
            the back of the building. Box shows the words Railroad-Hotel
            and rooms' signs attached to the hotel.
