    This is an N Scale Bella's Farm House with Accessories Plastic Assembly
                             Kit from Model Power.

I like this house! Bella's Farm House is designed to fit into any N SCALE
railroad layout or diorama, and into any country or small town setting.
Recommended for ages 8 and over.

FEATURES: Plastic styrene parts are molded in various colors (yellow, gray,
            white, blue, red, and green).
          Parts are numbered for assembly.
          The house is designed with a lot of flexibility (doors can be placed
            anywhere you desire, some porches and roofs can be placed in a
            different position--refer to your instruction sheet).
          Kit includes a gray base, green grass, white picket fence, clear
            plastic windows.
          Two story light-blue farm house has a light-gray roof and red
            chimney. The front door, windows, and shutters are sunshine yellow.
            The porch covers the entire front of the house. The porch base
          is constructed of white trellis framework with a yellow balustrade
          (handrail and posts).
