     The USS Roosevelt is the 4th carrier of the Nimitz class and was launched
in 1984. The Roosevelt carries a crew of 8000 men and is capable of supporting
100 aircraft. The nuclear reactors drive geared steam turbines with nearly
300.000shp, and is capable of cruising 13 years without refueling.
