   This is an HO Scale Plastic Structure Kit of the M.T. Arms Hotel Building
                        by Design Preservation Models.

FEATURES: The M.T. Arms Hotel has an old fashioned downtown building appeal.
          Extreme realism is displayed with this building.
          Architectural design of the times is in true detail with this kit.
          Large wall sections are molded in a cream colored plastic and are
            etched in fine detail of brick and cement.
          Four story building full of windows:
            -The first floor windows are big and wide with long vertical
             bi-rectangular windows above them.
            -The other three floors contain two long types of windows next to
             each other that would slide upward to open.
          Transparent plastic sheets are provided to add glass effect to the
            windows.
          White styrene sheet is used for the roof.
          This is the quick and easy route in giving life to layout or creating
            your HO scale city, village, town.
          You may paint this building according to the picture on the package.
