This is a 1/144 Scale Boeing B-29A Superfortress "Enola Gay"
plastic model kit from Minicraft.
On August 6, 1945 the B-29A Enola Gay, commanded by Colonel Paul W.
Tibbets dropped the Little Boy atom bomb on Hiroshima, shocking Japan into
surrender a few days later. Enola Gay is presently on display at the National
Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.
