REQUIRES: Assembly onto the engine

SPECS:    On-Center Distance Between Mounting Holes: 43.5mm (1.72")
          Inner Cover Plate Diameter: 51.5mm (2.03")
          Outer Cover Plate Diameter: 60mm (2.36")
          Depth of Cover Plate: 25.4mm (1")
