This is the high speed needle.  It adjusts the fuel/air mixture going into
the carb.  This is ONLY the needle -- NOT the assembly.  Also includes the set
screw that goes into the end of the needle.
The set screw holds a small piece of wire into the needle for optional
remote use.
          clockwise turn will lean the mixture
          counter clockwise will richen the mixture
