 This is a Bottle of Flex-Zap II (Black Label) CA Adhesive by Pacer Technology.

FEATURES: A specially CA adhesive developed for extreme environments.
          The superior shock and sheer strength makes it great for use on
            most hard surface materials.
          The moisture and solvent resistant characteristics make it the ideal
            glue for jet, sea plane and boat modelers.
          Also ideal for installing plywood bulk heads to fiberglass fuselages
            and boat hulls.
          Use it to laminate carbon fiber, when gluing hardwoods, nylon parts,
            and most plastics.
          It's the best glue to fasten rubber car tires to nylon and aluminum
            wheels.
          Easy-to-squeeze bottle with reusable cap.
          You need only to use one drop per inch.
          Usually cures in about 30 to 90 seconds.
          Used in all aspects of modeling, and has many industrial uses.
