     This is Jackal Hobbies' Skulls & Wire Internal Graphics Transfer Kit.

FEATURES: Designed to reduce the time involved to achieve custom, highly
            detailed results.
          The graphic is made with a proprietary paint compound that actually
            melts into the paint when painted, bonding it to the paint job.
          The transfer is printed on the same paper novelty companies use
            for temporary tattoos.
          Apply to a Lexan body with a wet rag then remove the backing.
          The graphic paint transfer is backed with white paint, but is
            still semi-transparent.
          This transfer kit features skull with barb wire graphics for the
            sides, hood and roof. (2) Jackal Hobbies logo transfers are also
            included.
