         This is a 1/48 B17G Flying Fortress Plastic Model Aiplane Kit.
     Skill Level 2 for ages 10 to Adult, Intermediate to Advanced Modelers.

Prototype Information:
  Manufacturer: Boeing Aircraft Company, USA.
  Name: B-17G Flying Fortress
  Service History: USAAF; 1941-45;
  Description: Heavily armed, 4-engine daylight heavy bomber
  Features: The B-17G was the last bomber version of the venerable Flying Fort
    and featured a new chin turret under the bomb aimer's position and improved
    fuel tank venting which increased the aircraft's survivability in combat.

FEATURES: Detailed 1/48th scale for static display only
          Markings included for two aircraft with unstaggered waist gun
            positions
          148 parts in silver, black and clear with raised panel lines
          Detailed gun turrets, landing gear and wheels, full interior framing
          Detailed engine fronts and cowlings; correct nose and chin turret
          Cockpit detail: floor, instrument panel, seats, and controls
          Detailed bomb bay with bomb racks, bombs and positionable bomb doors
          Includes bomb cart and sheet of tips for building dioramas by

            Aircraft is natural metal overall with olive drab anti-glare panels
          B: "Chow Hound" s/n 42-31367, 91st BG 322 Sqdn, 1944.
            Top: Olive Drab; Bottom: Neutral Grey
          Additional Paints Required:
            Flat: Black, Interior Green, Tan, Metallic Grey, Yellow,
            Burnt Metal, Grey, Aluminum, Red, Blue, Orange, Light Grey
            Gloss Colours: Silver, White, Gun Metal.

            Clear parts - White glue, odourless CA, or TENAX 7R
            Detail parts - CA or tube-type (thick) plastic cement.
