FEATURES: This is an adorable house designed as an addition to The Laurel
(CCZY9309), but can also be used as a freestanding guest home. The
dual position roofing system allows it to fit flush against the
outside of the Laurel to quickly add a cozy room to an already
spacious house. As a stand alone home, the roof can be centered to
make a wonderful beach house or cottage.
2 rooms, a door and windows, and 2 window boxes.
The pre-cut plywood assembles with no nails or screws.
Shingles match those of The Laurel.
Made in the USA.
