FEATURES: Multiple rate charge mode selectable - allow you to customize your
            charge profile by setting up to 3 different charge rates at set
            milliamp points during the charge for max performance from your
            packs
          Pre-programmed for a variety of NiCd and NiMH battery packs
          Automatically stores up to 5 setups with up to 8 characters each
            that you select
          21 system sounds alert you to battery charge status
          Settings saved - charge amps, peak detect, text and audio effecs,
            peak charge volts, charge time, milliamp hours and milliwatt hours
          Black case with "Competition Electronics Turbocharge Pit Bull X3"
            printed on the top of the case
          Charger comes ready for the modeler's choice of charge and power
            connectors or install the included alligator clips
          Non-volatile memory stores charge settings and data

REQUIRES: A 12-15V 7A power supply HCAP0250, or 12V automotive battery
          If using the Hobbico Power Supply, banana plugs (HCAP0310) will be
            required, or unscrew the terminal covers from the Power Supply and
            use the alligator clips supplied with charger
