1/4" diameter upper pivot shaft and 3/16" diameter struts made of
high tensile strength music wire with all joints silver soldered.
Uses up to a 6 inch wheel.
Adjustable axle length and nickel plated parts.
Fits wheels with 5/32" size hubs.
