           This is the Black Vinyl Texture Topcoat from Testors.
                  It is part two of a two part system.
       This paint simulates the look of a vinyl top on plastic models.

FEATURES: Lacquer-based
          Easy-to-use spray can

INCLUDES: One 3oz (89cc) spray can of Black Vinyl Topcoat paint

REQUIRES: Black Vinyl Texture Base paint, TESR3065

COMMENTS: Spray the base paint first, then use this product as a topcoat.
          White Vinyl Top Base paint is available, use:
            TESR3067, White Vinyl Top Base paint
            TESR3068, White Vinyl Top Texture Coat
