                   It is part two of a two part system.
       This paint simulates the look of a vinyl top on plastic models.

FEATURES: Lacquer-based
          Easy-to-use spray can

INCLUDES: One 3oz (89cc) spray can of White Vinyl Topcoat paint

REQUIRES: White Vinyl Texture Base paint, TESR3067

COMMENTS: Spray the base paint first, then use this product as a topcoat.
          White Vinyl Top Base paint is available, use:
            TESR3065, Black Vinyl Top Base paint
            TESR3066, Black Vinyl Top Texture Coat
