            This is the TMCC Block Power Controller from Lionel®.

FEATURES: Routes power from any TMCC PowerMaster or TPC to any block of track
          Eliminates the need for multiple PowerMasters or TPC to any block
            of track
          Enhances conventional operations by connecting more than one block
            to the same Track Power Controller, and allows you to cross blocks
            without having to match the voltage between them
          Programmable to channel power from four TCPs to two blocks or
            from two TCPs to cour blocks
