FEATURES: Create highways, roads, streets, curbing, sidewalks, and railroad
            crossings.
          Add roads to new or existing layouts.
          Easy to apply.
          Creates a smooth surface to sand and paint.
          Working time: approximately 15 minutes.
          Setting time: approximately 20-30 minutes.
          One quart = approximately 26' of 2 lane HO scale road.
