The Track Cutter may be used by the RC Railroad modeler. The track cutter may
          be used for the S and HO scale, and the N and Z scale.

FEATURES: The pliers have a orange rubberized handle which provides good
            gripping and handling.
          The Micro-Shear cutting action cuts quick, cuts clean, cuts square
            with a lot less effort than a comparable compression cutter.
          Light touch return spring for operator comfort and convenience.
