          Two 1.5x4mm flat head screws
          Two 1x3mm phillips head screws
          Two 2mm nuts
          One 1.5x3mm phillips head screw (black in color)
          Two 3x3mm set screws (requires a 1.5mm hex wrench to install)
          Two 2.5x8mm flat washers
          Two 3x7mm flat washers
          Two 1x4mm flat washer
          One 46mm long piece of tubing (1mm inside diameter)
