  This is Red Tracking Tape from Heli Max.  This is Used to help Balance Heli-
copter Blades.  Simply apply a strip or two of the tape to the lighter blade
to bring them back into balance with each other.  This tape will also make the
blades more visible by adding a different color to the white blades.
