FEATURES: This kit is an educational electronic kit. It's designed for
experimenters with some experience in assembling kits with
small parts
Teaches the basic robotic sensing and locomotion principles,
testing your motor skills, as you build and control the arm.
The transperent arm lets you observe the dynamics of gear mechanisms
after assembly.
Use the 5-switch, wired controller with corresponding lights to
grab, release, lift, lower, rotate wrist and pilot sideways.
5 motors and 5 joints to perform the following motions:
- the base rotates left and right (360° approx)
- the shoulder has moving range (120° approx)
- the elbow has moving range (135° approx)
- the wrist rotates clockwise and counter clockwise (340° approx)
- the hand/gripper opens and closes (2" approx)
Has a maximum lifting capability of about 4.6 ounces (130 grams)
Can be accessorized with PC interface and curriculum
