   This is a 1/72 Plastic Lockheed SR-71A Black Bird with GTD-21 Drone from
                Academy Plastics.  It's for ages 10 and up.

     Aerial reconnaissance has become one of the most important sources of
strategic information for military planners.  Where orbiting satellites are
suitable for acquiring certain information, a piloted aircraft is much more
versatile as a data gatherer.  Early in the development of this mammoth spy
platform, clandestine flights over various communist countries were executed.
With its advanced surveillance gear, the SR-71 can scan thousands of miles of
the Earth's surface every hour.

FEATURES: Plastic pieces attached to sprues and molded in black.
          Kit includes both the SR-71A and the GTD-21 drone.
          The GTD-21 drone attaches to the SR-71A in a piggyback formation.
          Exterior surface of aircraft is detailed with fully engraved panel
            lines.
          Highly detailed cockpit is filled with seats, gauges, and controls.
          Realistic exhaust cones.
          Optional position canopy and landing gear.
          Detailed pictorial instructions guide you through assembly.
