These are Purple Aluminum Cone Washers from HPI Racing.

FEATURES: Purple anodized aluminum construction. These are mounted underneath a flat head screw to dress up the kit. Used with 4-40 or 3.0mm Flat Head Screws Can work on any kit using 3mm or 4-40 flat head screws.
