    This Plate is Used When Converting the Torq .21 Over to Non-Pull Start.
      (A Different Crankshaft must also be purchased for the conversion.)

INCLUDES: One Cover Plate w/ pre-installed gasket.
          Four 6mm Cap Head Mounting Screws.
