    USS MOMSEN is the 14th Flight IIA ARLEIGH BURKE - class guided missile
           destroyer and the Navy's first ship to honor Vice Admiral
    Charles Bowers "Swede" Momsen, who is best known for his efforts in the
 successful rescue of 33 crew members and the subsequent salvage of submarine
          USS SQUALUS after she sank in 240 feet of water in May 1939.
