     This is the 2-3 Cell LiPo Balance Battery Charger from Venom Power.

FEATURES: Balance plug for checking individual cell voltages and balancing to
            ensure that all cells peak equally and discharge at the same rate
          Charges 2-3 cell (7.4V - 11.1V) Lithium Polymer cells only
          Two LEDs indicate charge status
          Compact and lightweight with separate AC adapter

INCLUDES: Venom Power 2-3 Cell LiPo Balance Battery Charger with AC adapter and
            instruction sheet

REQUIRES: Attaching battery observing correct polarity and plugging in AC
            adapter

COMMENTS: Do not allow LiPo cells to overheat at any time. Cells which reach
            greater than 140°F (60°C) will usually become damaged and
            could catch fire.
          Do not charge at over 1C current. C=battery pack mAh capacity
            divided by 1000
          Do not peak charge to more than 4.2V per cell
          Do not discharge at more than manufacturer's recommended discharge
            rate-battery pack capacity (mAh) divided by 1000 x pack's C rating
          Do not Charge or Discharge LiPo cells on or near combustible
            materials including paper, plastic, carpets, vinyl, leather, wood,
            inside an R/C model or full size automobile.
          Do not expose LiPo cells to water or moisture at any time.
          Do not store batteries near an open flame or heater.
          Do not assemble LiPo cells or pre-assembled packs together with
            other LiPo cells or packs.
          Do not leave a LiPo battery unattended during Charging or Discharging
          Always store LiPo batteries in a secure location away from children
