      This is a 1/72 McDonnell-Douglas F-18C/D Hornet Model from Italeri.

 The F-18C/D Hornet is one of the most versatile fighter/attack aircraft in the
world and can operate from land bases and aircraft carriers. The C version is
a single seater, while the F-18D carries a crew of two. The two seat version
has proven especially adaptable to the anti-radar wild weasel role previously
filled by the F-4G Phantom.

FEATURES: 1/72nd scale for static display only.
          65 parts in light grey and clear with delicate raised panel lines.
          Accurately reproduced intakes, landing gear and wing leading edge
            extensions.
          Cockpit detail: optional parts for single and two seat aircraft, one
            piece ejection seats, and cockpit tub with side console detail.
          Ordnance includes sparrows (2), sidewinders (2) and drop tanks.

            1: CF-188A (single seater), No. 10 Sqdn, Canadian Air Force.
            2: F/A-18C, Swiss Air Force.
            3: F/A-18D, VFA-106, US Navy.
            4: F/A-18D, Finnish Air Force.
          Airframe Colours:
            1: Top - Dark Gull Grey (FS36231); Bottom - Gull Grey (FS36440).
            2, 3, &4: Top - Dk Ghost Grey (FS36320); Bottom - Lt. Ghost Gray
               (FS36375).
          Detail Colours:
            -Black, White, Gun Metal, Aluminum.
