            This is the complete 11HBS Slide Valve Carb used on the
                   OS Speed .12TZ (P)-T3 Engine.

FEATURES: Genuine O.S. replacement parts

INCLUDES: One complete 11HBS carb w/pre-installed Thermo Insulator OSMG6247
          and 5.5mm Red Carb Reducer OSMG2478
          One rubber carb gasket OSMG6220

REQUIRES: Installing on engine

SPECS:    Length: 0.87" (22mm) approx. including needle and idle stop screw
          Width:  1.71" (44mm) approx. including needle and throttle arm
          Height: 1.7" (43.6mm) approx. including needle
          Diameter: 0.63" (15.93mm) OD of intake (throat) not including
                    Carb Reducer
                    0.50" (12.9mm) ID of intake (top) not including Carb
                     Reducer
                    0.51" (13.02mm) OD of neck including thermo insulator
                     (the part that inserts into the crankcase)
                    0.26" (6.64mm) ID of neck @ narrowest point (top)
                    0.35" (8.8mm) ID of neck @ widest point (bottom)

COMMENTS: Carb can be identified by its black color and the "11H" marking
          on the back side of carb body
          This carb is identical to the 11H carb with the exception of color
          as the "B" stands for Black

Needle Settings:
           Needle Valve (aka High Speed Needle): Approximately 1-3/4 turns from
             closed, page 17 in manual
           Mixture Control Screw (aka Low Speed Needle): Factory set where
             slotted head is flush with carb body, page 23 in manual
           Metering Needle: Factory set where slotted head is flush with ball
             link body, page 23 in manual
           Throttle Stop Screw: Approximately 0.5mm open with the reducer
             removed (factory set)
