NOTES FROM OUR TECH DEPARTMENT

This is the 72MHz Futaba 12FGA Computer Radio on Mode 2 with the
                  R5114DPS Synthesized 14-Channel Receiver.
                         Does not include servos.

This is the airplane version which will default to airplane settings when powered up and has a ratcheted throttle stick.

If your transmitter's region code is something other than the United States, the TM-14 Module sold in the United States is not compatible with this transmitter. As such, it is necessary to purchase the TM-14 module which matches the region code of the transmitter.

The Futaba 12FGA shares many features with the 14MZ such as Real-Time Response with 2048PCM, Fully Synthesized Receiver that operates in either Mode A (standard Mode) or Mode B (new Mode), Servo Grouping, Variable Dual Rates and Quad-Bearing Gimbals

FEATURES: PCM G3 2048 resolution is "backwards compatible" with 1024 PCM, and FM/PPM 10 free (user programmable) mixes 24 preset model types, 8 heli swash types and 16 model types for fixed wing aircraft 6 types of no tail wing (winglet) in each airplane and glider Supports eight flight conditions (seven plus the default) FLASH-ROM memory for up to thirty models 8-charcter model naming 1882 model memory available with optional 1GB SD Card available separately, Six factory-set Variable Dual Rate (VDR) curves can be assigned to any function in any flight condition configuration Variable Dual Rates (VDR) and Expo can be combined so they are automatically activated when a function is activated, no program mixing required Dual Antenna Diversity (DAD) "Full Functionality" trainer system 255 x 96 LCD with adjustable contrast 7.2V 1700mAh NiMH transmitter battery R5114DPS Receiver; Operates in either Mode A (standard Mode) or if flying a model that generates a lot of RF interference or if flying in an area where interference may occur Mode B (new Mode) may be selected By using state-of-the-art Ball Grid Array (BGA) layered PC board technology, this 14-channel synthesized receiver is the world's smallest. All pilots will appreciate how easy its WFSS (Wireless Frequency Setting System) makes changing frequencies at busy airfields. It can be done right from the transmitter without changing crystals. Servo Grouping; Multiple servos controlling a single function can be set up through the transmitter and then plugged into differently adjustable receiver channels (even non-consecutively) without needing a separate servo synchronizer for mixing. Each servo's EPA can be adjusted individually from the transmitter-no separate servo synchronizer requires for mixing Quad-Bearing Gimbals for smoothest motion and response, stick tension and detent are adjustable Front mounted slider switches for easier access Seven color LED indicator
