              Charger, Discharger and Motor Management System.
          Charges and Discharges NiCd, NiMH and LiPo batteries with
                  motor run in system all in this one unit.

          3 individual user profiles can be stored
          Pulse Width Modulation for maximum efficiency
          Program controlled cooling fan
          Digital microprocessor operated
