          One 5 x 7 x 13mm Brass Bushing
          One 5 x 7 x 5.6mm Brass Bushing
          Four 2.5 x 5mm Button Head Screws (1.5mm hex size)

REQUIRES: Removal of old parts and installation of new parts following the
           included instruction sheet
