             This is the ElectriFly 11.1V 3S LiPo Balance Charger
           with DC Car Adapter and AC/DC Adapter from Great Planes.

                **Will not work on the Heli-Max AXECPv3.**

IMPORTANT CAUTION: DO NOT over-discharge your battery. Using a Lithium-Polymer
             Polymer (LiPo) battery down to a low voltage can damage the
             battery. If your model does not include a voltage cut-off
             device, you must stop flying when power begins to decline. Do not
             continue using the battery once the battery charge starts to drop.

COMMENTS: Special note to users of HeliMax Axe CP-L - purchased before May
            2008:
          DO NOT use this charger for the GPMP0401 ElectriFly 950 mAh 11.1V
            battery. In addition, if your Axe CP-L helicopter does not have a
            LiPo Protection Module (LPM) installed, you must be cautious and
            avoid discharging the battery too far. Be sure to safely land your
            helicopter and recharge when the power starts to decline. If you
            continue to use the battery power after this point it could
            damage the battery and result in a fire. If you are not sure if
            your Axe CP-L has a LiPo Protection Module or if you have
            questions regarding the recall of the GPMP0401 battery you may
            contact HeliMax at 1-866-462-2426 or helihotline@hobbico.com for
            more details.

          Charge only lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries that are 3S
            (3 cells in series) 11.1V nominal voltage, greater than 800mAh,
            which have a balance connector
          Do not attempt to use this charger with NiCd, NiMH or different
            types of Lithium-Ion batteries as they are not compatible
          Do not leave the charger unattended while charging. Disconnect the
            battery and remove input power from the charger immediately if
            either becomes hot.  However, it is normal for the charger to
            get warm
          Disconnect the battery from the charger immediately and remove
            the battery to a fireproof location if the battery begins to swell
            or smoke!
          Only use the included car adapter or approved AC adapter to power
            the charger
          Do not allow water, moisture or foreign objects into the charger
          Do not block the air intake holes, which could cause the charger
            to overheat
          Do not place the charger or any battery on a flammable surface or
            near a combustible material while in use
          Do not charge on a carpet, cluttered workbench, paper, plastic,
            vinyl, leather, wood or inside an R/C model
          Never charge inside a full-sized vehicle
          Always disconnect charger from input power when not in use
          Do not attempt to charge a battery if is is swollen or hot
          Keep out of the reach of children
