FEATURES: Wheels feature black plastic construction with 5 offset spokes
          O-Ring tires feature black rubber construction

INCLUDES: Two Plastic Rims
          Two Rubber O-Ring Tires

REQUIRES: Stretching tires onto the rim and installation following the model
           manual
