This is a 1/650 Plastic Eiffel Tower Model Kit.
It's for ages 8 and up.
The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 for the Universal Exhibition. While
it was expected to remain standing for roughly 20 years, it is now entering
its 21st century. The tower became a long distance communications antennae
in 1901, and later became the home of a permanent radio station in 1906. In
1921, the first public radio broadcast in Europe came from the antennae atop
the tower. Today, more than 5 million tourists climb the tower each year.
FEATURES: Plastic pieces attached to sprues and molded in tan.
Faithfully crafted model does an exceptional job of reproducing the
intricate framework of the majestic Eiffel Tower.
The familiar antennae assembly atop the tower is modeled precisely
after the actual structure that resides in Paris, France.
Waterslide decals add detail and realism to the model.
Detailed pictorial instructions guide you through assembly.
