       This is a 1/72 Scale KC-97G Flying Boom Tanker Plastic Model Kit
                          from Academy Hobby Models.

     The KC-97G was a true tanker/transport that didn't need any equipment
changes when it was used as a full transport. Four 700-gallon additional fuel
tanks gave the KC-97G its distinguishing features. However, its ability to
transport both passengers and freight along with the refueling capabilities
is what put this aircraft in great demand.

FEATURES: Plastic pieces are molded in gray and attached to sprue trees.
          Clear pieces for canopy included.
          Detailed cockpit.
          Recessed panel lines give authentic look.
          Detailed landing gear.
          Scaled from original Boeing blueprints.
          Detailed pictorial instructions.

            1: KC-97G (s/n 52-2643), 509th Air Refueling Squadron, Strategic
               Air Command, RAF Greenham Common, May, 1956.
            2: KC-97G (s/n 52-2782), Strategic Air Command, 1954.
          Aircraft Colors:
            -Flat Black, Flat Orange, White, Silver, Metallic Gray, Flat
             Aluminum, Dark Gull Gray, Clear Red, Clear Blue, Clear Green,
             Khaki, Arctic Red.
