          This is the Accuratech Blade Balancer V.2 by Century.

FEATURES: Blue anodized aluminum construction with degree scale.  Bubble
           level included to insure accuracy.  Can balance any blades with a
           3mm or 4mm bolt hole.

INCLUDES: One Accuratech Blade Balancer with instructions.

SPECS:    Length - 6.3 inches (160mm)
          Width  - 2.7 inches ( 69mm)
          Height - 1.7 inches ( 42mm)

COMMENTS: Balancer can be used to check the CG of blades up to 2.2" (55mm)
            wide
