               This is the Great Planes All-Wood Spectra Select
                        Ready-To-Fly Glider (Sailplane)
             The Wing is Shaped to Increase Stability, Making the
       Spectra as Suitable for Entry-level Pilots as Experienced Fliers.

FEATURES: Covering: Factory-covered in genuine Top Flite MonoKote film. Color
            scheme is White with a Dark Blue accent on the forward section of
            wing and tail sections separated by Red and Orange pinstripes.
          Building Time: Flight ready in as little as two hours.
          Motor: Pre-installed ElectriFly T-600 with 30A ESC
          Battery: 8.4V 7 cell, with standard connector. (NiCd)
          Radio: High quality three channel AM 72MHz with elevator and rudder
            trims and LED battery indicator.
          Servos: Two standard size.
          Wing: Two piece flat bottom slide together-no glue required with
            aluminum reinforced wing joiner for extra stability.
          Airfoil: Modified Selig 3010 flat bottom for greater stability for
            inexperienced pilots.
          Tail: Self-aligning. The horizontal stabilizer slides into a slot at
            the back of the fuselage. The vertical stabilizer plugs in from the
            top and is secured with two bolts.
          Canopy: Easy lift-off access to on-board gear with NACA style vent
            to help cool the battery and speed control.
          Warranty: Great Planes guarantees this kit free from defects in
            material and workmanship at the date of purchase. Not covered are
            any parts damaged by use or modification.

            Pre-covered left and right wing halves, fuselage, tail set, tinted
            plastic canopy, wing joiner, motor, Electronic Speed Control, 3
            channel radio, seven cell NiCd battery, pre installed pushrods,
            hardware, spinner, 8x4 prop, illustrated instruction manual.

REQUIRES: Batteries: Eight AA for transmitter.
          Battery Charger: Peak or timed for 8.4V battery.
          Rubber Bands: #64 size for mounting wings.

COMMENTS: Can also launch with a glider launching device such as a Hi Start.
          It is recommended to use ONLY the supplied battery with
            this kit.
