  This is the GoPro R/C Hero Waterproof Miniature Video Camera from Traxxas.

FEATURES: Waterproof, shockproof 5 megapixel camera with 170° wide-angle lens
             provides "behind the wheel" view from R/C cars, boats and aircraft
          Can also be mounted to full-size vehicles with different available
            brackets
          Shoots up to 56 minutes of video with sound or 1900 still photos with
            2GB SD card (not included)
          Adjustable sound recording level
          Still-photo mode can be set to shoot a still picture every 2 or 5
            seconds or shoot in 3-photo "bursts"
          Auto power off can be set for one, two or five minutes or disabled to
            keep camera on until manually switched off
          "Upside down" setting automatically flips video image in models
            requiring camera to be upside down-perfect for under-fuselage
            mounting in R/C aircraft
          Videos or photos can be instantly viewed on TV or transferred to
            computer to upload and share online
          Transfers easily between models with adhesive mounts and quick
            release brackets
