          This 1:700 Scale U-Boat VIIC/IXC German Submarine Plastic
                 Model Kit from the Hasegawa Water Line Series.
                   Recommended for Modelers Age 10 and Older.

     U-Boat is the abbreviation for the German name Untersee Boot. Her mission
was mainly to attack defenseless convoys--to cut off the supply line between
America and Europe. The Class VIIC submarine was for middle and short distance
operations and Class IXC for long range patrols.

FEATURES: Grey plastic pieces with molded-in details.
          Detailed deck and hull.
          Realistic bridge.
          Can be finished as either a Class VIIC or Class IXC submarine.
          Includes a model for a transport ship which is broken in half and
            sinking to place next to the submarine.
          Detailed pictorial intructions guide you through assembly.
