This is the Flexible Exhaust Extension for the O.S. Max FS-70
and the FS-91 Surpass Four Stroke Engines.
This flex pipe allows you to re-route your silencer further away from the
engine or cowl.
FEATURES: Uses the silencer (muffler) that came with the engine.
Re-routes the exhaust to a more convenient location.
Fits all FS-70 and FS-91 Surpass and Surpass II's.
INCLUDES: One Flexible Exhaust Extension for the O.S. Max FS-70 and the FS-91
Surpass Four Stroke Engines with two locknuts and instruction sheet
REQUIRES: Threading pipe into exhaust port of engine until it stops, then
tightening locknut. Supporting end where silencer is attached to
avoid vibration.
SPECS: Length: 12-3/4" (324mm) not including threaded ends
Length: 13-7/8" (353mm) overall
Diameter of flex pipe: 7/16" (11mm)
Inner Diameter: 1/4" (8mm)
Thread size, both ends: M11x.75 (pitch)
COMMENTS: Bends in the pipe should be made as far away as possible from the
threaded ends. Final adjustment should be made in steps of only 2-
3 degrees at a time. Repeated adjustment to change the shape of
the pipe may weaken the pipe and cause it to break.
