            manufacturer beginning at date of purchase

INCLUDES: 14" Marine Xtrm boat with transmitter, 9.6V battery with wall charger
            two AA batteries and instruction sheet

REQUIRES: Installing AA batteries in transmitter
          Charging 9.6V NiCd battery for 8 hours for first charge, subsequent
            charges require only 4 hours
