FEATURES: Can be used with water or other lubricants, making possible the
            sanding of some plastics and metals that is not possible with dry
            sanding
          Three grades of wet/dry sandpaper are provided
          Use the coarser grade first to smooth out rough spots on paint,
            plastic or wood
          Progress to the mid-grade
          Use the finest grade last to get a more polished finish
