This is an O27 Lionel 1.8 Amp Accessory Tranformer.
It's for experienced train users.
FEATURES: UL listed train hobby transformer powers accessories on O27 scale
track.
Finger-sized knob increases power by being turned right;
left turn decreases train power.
Power transformer has been carefully tested and designed.
Controller is equipped with with a built-in electronic circuit
breaker that alternately cuts off and restores the flow of power to
the accessory when a short circuit happens.
Plugs into a U.S. standard 110V wall outlet.

Lionel power pack must be unplugged from wall when a short circuit is
detected.
If too many accessories are used, the controller will exceed its
power limit and begin to cycle on and off. Accessories must be
removed or a higher-output Lionel transformer used.
Do not turn up transformer power too quickly.
Unplug power pack from wall when the controller is not in use.
